[VERIFIED] One-story commercial building with light smoke showing upon fire department arrival. Contents-only fire near the rear of the building, possibly started by candles that were tipped over, knocked down in 11 minutes. No injuries reported. Companies remain on scene for smoke removal and overhaul -- traffic will be temporarily impacted on Chavez Avenue.
