[VERIFIED] All three civilian patients have been confirmed in fair condition and declined hospital transport.

[VERIFIED] Fully-involved two-story Craftsman. Due to the extent of fire, companies are proceeding defensively, operating from the exterior of the structure. One corner of the home collapsed shortly after LAFD arrival. Protection of at least two nearby structures is being prioritized. Two civilians have been rescued from the second floor and are being treated by paramedics.
