[VERIFIED] Outside fire that extended into the attic and second story of a two-story single-family dwelling. Firefighters initiated fire attack from the roof and interior simultaneously, while also coordinating salvage operations within the home to protect property from water damage. This fire proved stubborn -- crews chased it into the walls of the home before finally declaring knockdown in 35 minutes with 47 firefighters working on scene.
