[VERIFIED] Knockdown declared at 11:39AM with 53 total personnel working on scene. Gas company and additional LAFD (firefighter recovery) resources have been requested. Fire crews have begun to overhaul the structure, salvaging property and cooling hot spots on the first and second floors to ensure the fire hazard is completely mitigated. Traffic will be impacted in the immediate area -- motorists are advised to find alternate routes.

[VERIFIED] One injured firefighter with a minor burn injury is being treated by paramedics on scene. Firefighters remain in the offensive mode despite heavy fire on the first and second floors. Requested agencies include LADWP for utility management, LADOT for traffic control, and LADBS for structural safety and excessive storage conditions.

[VERIFIED] Two-story, single-family dwelling with heavy smoke initially showing. Firefighters have forced entry and found the first floor well-involved, with very heavy fire in the rear of the building. Approximately 37 firefighters are currently working on scene. All occupants are reported to be safely out of the home.
