[VERIFIED] All forward progress stopped. Crews will remain on scene conducting mop up operations. The fire was held to approximately 1/2 acre with no structures damaged and no injuries reported. LAPD has one individual in custody with bystander reports of arson. LAFD Arson will investigate the cause of the fire and work in coordination with LAPD. No further details at this time.
