This action immediately marks the incident as inactive and stops any further automatic updates from the
external dispatch feed. Use this when an incident remains listed as “active” due to stale or outdated data
on the source system.
Once applied, this incident will no longer receive updates from the feed and will behave like any other
closed incident in the system.
This action cannot be undone through the web app. Reversing it requires manual database changes.
