Main IC is declaring a knockdown at 2040 hours. Building was a 100 foot by 200 foot 1 story commercial with a two story portion attached to the building. Extinguishment of the fire in approximately 100 minutes from the time of the 911 call. No injuries at this time. Arson has been requested, as well as heavy equipment to help with overhaul operations. Cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.

Structure now out with a declared knockdown time at 1505 hours. Fire was extinguished approximately 74 minutes after the 911 call. First arriving fire companies reported a 1 story single family dwelling with fire in the attic. Fire fighters operated in an offensive mode. Cause of the fire is undetermined at this time. Fire hydration units are being utilized to rehabilitate firefighters to prevent heat exhaustion. Reports of three LAFD firefighter being transported to a local hospital. Department of Transportation has been notified for traffic control. LAPD also notified, incident number 2910.

First arriving fire units report a 3 story apartment building with a vault fire. 2 residential over parking. Electrical vault with meters to the apartment units on fire exposing the 2nd floor apartment and 1st floor office. Fire fighters operated in the offensive mode. Meridian IC declared a knockdown at 0430 hours. 40 individuals displaced due to power outage. No injuries reported. PIO enroute to the incident. Red Cross notified. Department of Water and Power notified.

Forward progress of the brush fire has been stopped by firefighters. Updated size of fire is a 25 foot by 25 foot area of burned brush. Fire is now reported out. No structures damaged and no injuries reported. Nothing further.

Fire is slowly moving uphill with one home at the top of the hill. Firefighters are implementing structure protection on the home above the fire. Cause of the fire is undetermined. First arriving fire companies found a single family dwelling with fire showing from the structure and reports of a possible gas leak. Firefighters operated in an offensive mode and quickly extinguished the fire. A total of 5 patients. 4 injured LAFD members and 1 non-LAFD member. A total of 3 patients have been transported with anticipation of 1 more additional patient transport. Arson has been requested and is enroute. LAFD PIO's are enroute. Cause of the fire and injuries not confirmed at this time.
