[VERIFIED] Fire in one unit on the 11th floor of a 14 story residential high rise ("Bartlett Lofts") was held in check by fire sprinklers and extinguished by the first arriving firefighters in just 24 minutes (4:58 AM). One adult male resident of the involved unit sustained minor burns to the fingers of one hand. He declined offered ambulance transportation. No other injuries reported. The fire's cause is under active investigation.
